The Sweetest Morning in Bonaire
There is something genuinely wonderful about drifting out of the harbour on a beautiful wooden schooner, the sea calm and glittering in the morning light, with the smell of freshly made Dutch pancakes rising from the galley. The Pancake Boat is exactly what it sounds like — and it is every bit as good as it sounds. Pancakes made fresh on board, stacked golden and warm, served with your choice of toppings as Lady Bellaïs takes you out onto the water for a slow, easy morning cruise.
Hot chocolate, coffee, fresh orange juice, and other beverages accompany the food, making this a complete and satisfying start to any day on the island. The atmosphere is gentle and relaxed — this is not a party boat, it is a floating breakfast table with one of the most beautiful views in the Caribbean. Children are completely at home here, running around the deck between servings, while adults settle in with a mug and a moment of peace.
The Pancake Boat runs on weekend mornings by availability, and it's one of those experiences that families return to again and again during their stay. It is ideal for young children, multigenerational groups, and anyone who appreciates a slow, unhurried start to the day. Book in advance on weekends, as spots fill up quickly once word gets out about how good the pancakes are.

The Pancake Boat runs on Saturday and Sunday mornings, subject to availability. Dates vary by season.

Meeting Point
Depart from Kaya Irlanda 1a, Kralendijk, Bonaire. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure to check in and get the little ones settled on board.
The dock is on the central waterfront in Kralendijk. Lady Bellaïs is hard to miss — she is the beautiful traditional wooden schooner that always draws a crowd. The crew will be on hand to welcome families and help everyone get comfortable before departure.

- This event is family friendly and ideal for guests of all ages, including young children.
- Book in advance, especially on weekends — this cruise is popular and space is limited.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Lady Bellaïs departs on time.
- Weather conditions may affect the schedule. In the event of unsafe conditions, the cruise may be postponed or cancelled with a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of departure. Lady Bellaïs reserves the right to cancel any cruise in the event of unsafe weather conditions, in which case all guests receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
